Legal terms and conditions of the giveaway

1. Organizer of the promotion

The company Agora Vertical C, with registered address at C/Valldemossa, 07701 Mahón, Illes Balears and tax ID number B57943235, is organizing, for promotional purposes, the contest (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion”) at a national level, to be conducted online, exclusively for users residing in Spain and of legal age, in accordance with the terms outlined in the conditions for participation.

2. Start and end dates

The Promotion will begin on April 15, 2025, and will end on April 25, 2025.

3. Requirements for participation and mechanics of the promotion

It is important to note that participation in the contest implies unconditional acceptance of and compliance with these legal terms and conditions.

The participation requirements are as follows:

Participants must be over 18 years of age.
Only participants who meet the indicated requirements may take part.
The personal data provided in the registration form must be truthful.
Each participant may only register once for this Promotion.

The mechanics of the Promotion are as follows: 1. Register in our database through a provided link. 2. Follow us on one of our social media channels. 3. Tag their friends in the comments of the post.

4. Conditions of the promotion and prizes

Eight winners will be selected through the platform appsorteos.com, and it will be verified whether they have met the requirements. If so, they will be announced via social media on April 25.

The winners will receive the following prize:
A pack of presets valued at €19.99.

The winner may contact the company within 15 days from the date the result is announced on the brand’s social media profile. If no contact is made within this period, another winner will be selected.

The giveaway and prize granting are subject to applicable tax regulations.

5. Limitations

If any participant is found not to meet the requirements set forth in these terms, or if the provided data is invalid, their participation will be considered void, and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, forfeiting any right to the prizes.

The following individuals may not participate in the Promotion: (i) Employees of any of the companies or legal entities linked to Agora Vertical C; (ii) Individuals who directly or indirectly hold shares in Agora Vertical C; (iii) Any individual involved, directly or indirectly, in the organization of the contest or its development (agency, suppliers, etc.).

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, altered, or compensated at the participant’s request. It cannot be exchanged for another product or for cash.

Agora Vertical C reserves the right, for justified reasons and with prior legal notice, to make any changes, suspend, or extend the Promotion.

Any tax or fiscal burden resulting from the acceptance of the prize, as well as any additional expenses not explicitly covered by Agora Vertical C, will be the responsibility of the winner.

A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days is established from the prize announcement for any claims. If necessary, Agora Vertical C reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar characteristics.

6. Comments or opinions

Comments or opinions deemed inappropriate, offensive, insulting, or discriminatory, or those that may infringe upon third-party rights, will not be permitted. Comments that infringe upon a person’s honor, personal or family privacy, or image will also be prohibited. We are not responsible for any damage caused by participants' comments that may offend others.

Any attempt to hinder the proper functioning of the contest, whether by human intervention or automated methods, will result in immediate disqualification of the participant.

7. Disclaimer of liability

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for losses, thefts, delays, or other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion. Nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant of the prize obtained from this Promotion, and we assume no responsibility for any harm or damages suffered by participants, winners, or third parties.

We do not accept responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseen events that prevent the Promotion from being held or the prize from being enjoyed in full or in part. In the event the Promotion cannot proceed due to fraud, technical errors, or any other reason beyond the control of Agora Vertical C, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion, including the participation website.

8. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. Therefore, participants release Facebook from any liability arising from this Promotion.

Agora Vertical C takes the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously. Therefore, your personal information is kept secure and handled with the utmost care.

In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), by accepting these terms, each participant consents to the processing of their data by Agora Vertical C for the purposes of managing their participation in the contest and contacting them if they are a winner.

To provide information about our products and services, as well as other content that may be of interest to you.

Participants guarantee that the personal data provided is truthful and agree to inform Agora Vertical C of any changes. Agora Vertical C reserves the right to exclude any participant who provides false data. We recommend using security tools to ensure data protection. Agora Vertical C is not responsible for illegal data breaches, alterations, or losses.

Participants have the right to (i) access their personal data, (ii) request rectification of inaccurate data or deletion, (iii) request restriction of processing, (iv) object to processing, and (v) request data portability. Without prejudice to other legal remedies, participants have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they believe their data is not being processed in accordance with the law or if their rights are not satisfied.

The supervisory authority will inform the claimant of the status and outcome of the complaint.

We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional terms, provided that such changes do not adversely affect the participants' rights.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These legal terms will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. Any claims or disputes related to the validity, interpretation, or execution of these terms shall be resolved by the courts of the participant’s city of residence.
