  • You are aware that the presets are created to work exclusively with the latest version of Lightroom Classic.
  • You are over 16 years old and have sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  • You will not place any speculative, false, or fraudulent orders.
  • You are obliged to provide us with your true email address, postal address, and/or other contact details.
  • If you do not provide all the necessary information, we will not be able to process your order.

  1. VALIDITY OF THE OFFER AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The product offer is valid as long as it is displayed on the website www.masterpreset.com, unless a specific deadline is indicated, such as in the case of promotional offers for special dates. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time without assuming any liability on the part of Master Preset. Master Preset will not be liable for the withdrawal of any product from this website or the removal or modification of any material or content on the website.

  1. HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE

You will find that purchasing on www.masterpreset.com is convenient and easy: once you have selected the item you wish to purchase, you must click on it. After selecting the item, you must click on the "Add to Cart" option and then on the "Go to Cart" option to enter the shipping information and proceed to the payment options.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PURCHASE AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

The acceptance of the purchase must be done by activating the "Complete Purchase" button. Then you must:

The price of the products will be as stipulated at any given time on www.masterpreset.com. All prices are indicated in EUROS. The prices listed on the website include the 21% VAT applicable to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. The purchase of any product on www.masterpreset.com necessarily entails the obligation to pay a price. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an order confirmation. Please note that discount codes will not apply to discounted or promotional products.

6.2 Payment Methods
All purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods:

a) Credit Cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, and MasterCard. We recommend that you verify (1) the validity date of your card and (2) the limit allowed for purchases before making a purchase.

b) PayPal.

6.3 Payment Security
Make sure that all required fields are correctly filled out. If you choose to pay by credit card, the system will contact the issuing bank for authorization of the purchase. Once the bank confirms the authentication, the charge will be made to the card. If your bank does not confirm the authentication, the order will be canceled. Payment by credit card will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, so if the entity does not authorize the payment, we will not be able to process the purchase and will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery.

Returns of products are not possible. All products are guaranteed to work with the latest version of Adobe Lightroom Classic, so before making a purchase, you must ensure that you have the latest version of this software installed.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and/or opposition to your data at any time through your own Customer account or by sending an email to info@masterpreset.com.

Master Preset guarantees the privacy of the data you provide by applying the SSL protocol. The browser indicates graphically that you are in a secure area. Additionally, you can verify that you are in a secure area by checking that the browser address begins with https (instead of http).

  1. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Purchase shall be governed in all respects by Spanish law. Without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer or user, any dispute arising from matters related to the Website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Judges and Courts, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond. In case of conflict, the consumer will have the option to resort to the European online dispute resolution platform available at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show. If any of these terms or any provision is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable to any extent by the competent authority, they shall be separated from the remaining terms and provisions, which will continue to be valid to the extent permitted by law.
